Zero base reform and invasion of Ukraine

Not to mention the Ukraine that was invaded, but Russia that invaded Ukraine will also suffer a huge economic blow. Nowadays, the rate of growth or development is increasing around the world, so regardless of victory or defeat, war makes the participating countries impoverished to the point of being unable to recover. It's political divisions influence each other along with economic setbacks, seemingly eternal chaos such as those in the Middle East may persist.

Sometimes, Korea after the Korean War and Germany after World War II, such as Europe, and China, which achieved rapid growth “for a short time” under the role of Deng Xiaoping or Zhou Enlai, should be viewed as cases of brilliant recovery from zero base. Behind it, we must acknowledge the fact that harmony and exchange with other worlds was the basis.

But Russia failed. There is a reason for not overcoming the oriental vertical culture (dynasty culture) and the geographical reason it is located in the northeast. Russia has a unique economic structure, where public awareness and education have not been successful due to the materialistic ideological politics of tyranny and communist dictatorship for a long time. Although the capitalist economic method was accepted, the chaos continued, in which only the worst aspects of capitalism (chaebol/large business groups, the gap between the rich and the poor, the underground economy) took place. President Putin had to work to solve internal problems, not just the glory of the former Soviet Union, by promoting only the charisma of the zar.

As stated in the previous article, Western countries will evaluate it as an exaggeration, but it is estimated that Putin's invasion of Ukraine has received some support from the Russian people. Considering the longing of the elderly people in Korea to return to the time of the Park Chung-hee administration, there will be many elderly people in Russia who also miss the glory of the former Soviet Union. However, there is one premise behind this longing or anticipation. If they can return to the post-war miserable environment, that is, the zero base, they will be able to enjoy the glory of recovering.

The lack of education and information, and inertia from the past, are making Russia and its neighbors a lot harder.
