A conflict caused by conviction

Most of the big wars that took place after the 20th century were conflicts of strong beliefs. It can be said that the wars of the old era were rather practical wars for economic need or survival.

Most modern wars, from the Nazism-induced World War II, the Korean War, the Vietnam War, the Middle East War, and even the recent war waged by Russia to become the dominant power of the East, were wars caused by faith.

On the other hand, as communication and transportation develop, beliefs are mixed, but conservative psychology does not accept conviction-mixed globalization rather than progressive psychology. As a result, political opinions with strong religious and ideological colors develop a conservative spectrum.

Looking at the chronology of political breakdown in Korea these days, it can be seen that individual beliefs filled with dogmatism and selfishness are ultimately hindering the unity and harmony of the state and society.

It's not just South Korea. Conflicts with neighboring countries are intensifying as Israel's fundamental religious class strengthens and North Korea has long maintained extremely strong beliefs. Of course, it can be seen that Russian citizens who support Putin have a strong desire for restoration toward the former Soviet Union. China and Japan are countries with long-standing expansionist beliefs. At this point, even in the United States, when the political atmosphere deepens, such as anti-communism or the protection of stronger liberalism, the conflict turns into war.

Excessive beliefs such as far-right ideology, far-left ideology, and principle religion are unnecessary evil for human co-prosperity.
