Thinking politics.

Political scientist Hannah Arendt (1906-1975) says, "In life, thinking is not a right that does not matter if you do not do it, but an obligation that must be fulfilled."

With age, the gap between the rich and the poor widens with respect to intelligence. Those who have the habit of thinking youth make a beautiful old age, and those who do not can't overcome the mental and physical decline that comes from age and grow old floundering with desire. When middle-aged people come, they are at a crossroads.

When it comes to inter-Korean relations, the idea of the old generation, whose habit of hostility is deeply rooted, should be abandoned. And young thoughts that are closely related to the benefits of fruit and have a reform tendency will be needed. The era of North Korean President Kim Jong-un, a new generation, may be a good opportunity for the two Koreas. In fact, there was a time when former President Park Chung-hee, a favorite of South Koreans who tried not to let go of their hostile thoughts about North Korea, also worked hard on inter-Korean cooperation and unification issues, including the 7.4 inter-Korean joint statement. It would be easier to explain with young confidence that he can do it than to various scientific interpretations.

I saw a memoir of a newspaper reporter about former President Park Chung-hee in a weekly magazine that I read (examined several times in the previous article) when I was a student. In the article, it is said that the president was always thinking hard about something. However, I think the president's young thoughts gradually ended from 1972. In his later years, he asked the chief of staff, "How much corruption did you make?" and when the chief of staff said he had no such thing, the president asked back, "Who hasn't done it these days?" showing the limitation of his old spirit that I can't help it. The ideals and willingness to reform during the military coup naturally left with age.

Long-term power clearly explains the chronology of the problem. In Japan, development stopped as politicians with certain political tendencies (conservatives close to the far right) took power for a long time. China is attempting to return to the past, so it is thought that the economy will probably be affected. Russia is thought to overcome the problems arising from the aging of leaders to some extent. The color of the chronology does not seem clear because the United States and other Western countries have a system in which various political feedback from citizens is recognized.

Age is like both sides of a coin containing wisdom and cliché. In fact, I hope that the thoughts of Korean politicians will not be conservative in many ways for the future.

pragmatism and oriental thinking.

The Taliban, who took power in Afghanistan, is said to want economic cooperation with South Korea. However, it is difficult for a system rigid with religion to achieve economic development through pragmatism. North Korea, Japan, and China are suffering from rigid ideological and religious consciousness. The same is true of Korea, which develops by overcoming these problems.

Oriental society needs to establish more equal and rational thoughts in the consciousness of the people. Consideration for the weak and human rights for women are necessary conditions to elicit rational ability.

Other thoughts are hidden behind far-right ideology, far-left ideology, and strong religion. Behind it, extreme competition for scarcity value, social dissatisfaction, and even physical and mental dissatisfaction are often inherent. And the influence of traditions, customs, and even habits is great.

In Korea, politicians often say that the current state should be changed, but their thoughts and actions often do not change. It means that I want to have power, which is just a rare value. You need to understand the true heart of the state and society properly and know what the state and society need. To do that, you need a lot of concentration

For example, former President Park Chung-hee, who advocated scientism and technologicalism in the early days of Korea's economic development, and former President Roh Moo-hyun, who tried to protect human rights and equality for the people, were wise. They had a good understanding of what the state and society needed most at the time. Pragmatism is like that. Korea has benefited from pragmatism.

The new Afghanistan government will not be able to gain momentum for economic development without changing the world of consciousness surrounded by religious burukas into rational and scientific thinking, human rights, and equality.

https://hyeong-chun.blogspot.com/search?q=%EB%8F%99%EC%96%91%EC%A0%81+%EC%82%AC%EA%B3%A0

A Hundred Years of Suffering / Carls Friedrich Rudolf Smend

https://hyeong-chun.blogspot.com/search?q=%EC%8A%A4%EB%A9%98%ED%8A%B8

Constitutionalist Carl Friedrich Rudolf Smend's assimilation theory is also said to be meditative. However, it would be good to understand in a reasonable sense that there must be constant input of value factors (easy to understand if described as sincerity) in order to form and maintain the state.

A few days ago in Afghanistan, there was news that the Taliban were seeking economic cooperation from South Korea as soon as they came to power.I don't know how they thought Korea could do what the U.S. couldn't do. What is important is that the political forces in power and the people's constant cooperation and effort are needed.

As I said in the previous article, the Middle East (West Asia) has been suffering for a hundred years due to its weak economic base and religious and political chaos creating a synergy effect of mutual minus. This is worse than North Korea, which suffers from confusion in ideology, international relations and geopolitical position. Breaking the irrationality of religion or ideology and continuous long-term commitment of rational and practical efforts will be the only way to end the history of harsh hardships.

If you look behind a country that has grown rapidly or a country that has stopped growing, you can see that it is due to the reasonable and practical attitude of the generations living in that era.

The reason why Korea grew up.

North Korea is expected to grow rapidly if the ideological link breaks.

China's Rapid Growth

China to Slow Growth

Japan Has Stopped

the ever-growing tide of Western countries such as the United States and Germany.

Looking at the above factors, one can see that how much rational and practical elements are in the public consciousness determines prosperity. In particular, it can be seen that the efforts of the delegations leading the people's consciousness are more important.

I think Rudolf Smend's sincerity, which introduced assimilative integration into the constitution theory, a guide to the form and existence of the nation, is a constant "input of practicality."
