Constitutionalist Carl Friedrich Rudolf Smend's assimilation theory is also said to be meditative. However, it would be good to understand in a reasonable sense that there must be constant input of value factors (easy to understand if described as sincerity) in order to form and maintain the state.

A few days ago in Afghanistan, there was news that the Taliban were seeking economic cooperation from South Korea as soon as they came to power.I don't know how they thought Korea could do what the U.S. couldn't do. What is important is that the political forces in power and the people's constant cooperation and effort are needed.

As I said in the previous article, the Middle East (West Asia) has been suffering for a hundred years due to its weak economic base and religious and political chaos creating a synergy effect of mutual minus. This is worse than North Korea, which suffers from confusion in ideology, international relations and geopolitical position. Breaking the irrationality of religion or ideology and continuous long-term commitment of rational and practical efforts will be the only way to end the history of harsh hardships.

If you look behind a country that has grown rapidly or a country that has stopped growing, you can see that it is due to the reasonable and practical attitude of the generations living in that era.

The reason why Korea grew up.

North Korea is expected to grow rapidly if the ideological link breaks.

China's Rapid Growth

China to Slow Growth

Japan Has Stopped

the ever-growing tide of Western countries such as the United States and Germany.

Looking at the above factors, one can see that how much rational and practical elements are in the public consciousness determines prosperity. In particular, it can be seen that the efforts of the delegations leading the people's consciousness are more important.

I think Rudolf Smend's sincerity, which introduced assimilative integration into the constitution theory, a guide to the form and existence of the nation, is a constant "input of practicality."
