The object of practice

A long time ago, I led young people preparing for exams and lived on tuition fees. I have taught or studied the legal subjects of college applicants, certified real estate agent applicants, police officers, and general public servants.

I took out the books I had seen for studying for the bar exam longer and compared them to the level of the test takers above. These days, test takers were studying high-quality and difficult. There are times when vested interests obtained through qualification exams are not recognized unless they are important in working-level field experience.

However, if the importance of the field experience goes beyond its purpose, it loses its identity. That may be the reason why Korean prosecutors are being criticized these days. The public interest should be clearly defined, but the political character is clearly defined, which is why his identity has collapsed.

This phenomenon occurs in many branches. An example is the phenomenon of existing institutional media being threatened by SNS and YouTube. The reason why the prosecution and the media are becoming conservative is probably because they cannot find a clue to innovation.
