The current Korean president concealed his qualitative problems by using even his ideological agitation skills. People knew early on that the president's problems were not those of progressives and conservatives but personal, but could not help prevent them. The president was already persuading a minority but ignorant people with his old technological prowess using his ideology.

 

I always bussed near the alma mater of the current Korean president. At the same time, I thought that Korean education had a problem of producing conflict-oriented humans by educating them for competition and success rather than educating utilitarian humans necessary for the state and society.

 

Apart from ideological evaluation, former President Park Chung-hee and former President Roh Moo Hyun were presidents who had excellent sense of mission and quality. Because the educational field of these two characters was a reality facing the state and society, it can be evaluated that they received excellent education.

 

Walter Benjamin 1892-1940, a political scientist of the Frankfurt School, says that the original law and justice contain violence. However, he says that the violence inherent in natural laws (for example, for freedom, equality, love for the people) is justified in itself, but the violence of actual laws can be overlooked as an excuse for enacting and protecting the law.

 

- This is why people who have studied law can turn violent under the pretext of law. This is also the reason why people with a lot of school education, especially those with law education, are likely to turn into ultra-rightists who hinder social development.

 

In the last article, I analyzed that if the president who declared martial law did not step down on his own, Korea would be very confused. This is because the legal or ideological justice that the president has in mind and the realistic or natural legal justice that the people think will be different. After all, considering that natural legal justice is just justice, it is analyzed that it is more important for the president to make a conscientious and just judgment than to be affected by legal devices such as impeachment or rebellion.
