A fraudulent person (homo swindler)

There has been a case in which the current president's mother-in-law is convicted of illegal activities related to real estate. About three years ago, I drove 30 kilometers from where the president's mother-in-law's property was located, and a placard was posted celebrating someone's eldest daughter's passing to law school. At that time, I thought that even now, rural sentiment is recognized as the prelude to a shocking rise in status, the possibility of becoming a judge or prosecutor. If someone's youngest child became a senior director of NASA in the U.S., there wouldn't be a placard on it. Because the locals don't know what NASA is.

A consensus of success and status is created within a group that can be recognized by each other or within a group that can share perspectives. The Korean bar exam has played its role for a long time. There are many people studying law in Korea, and many tests required legal knowledge. Koreans have a lot of legal knowledge as much as Koreans have a high enthusiasm for education. Therefore, in Korea, ethical judgment is absorbed into legal judgment, and there are many people who are very clear in law, but are very lacking in personality. This is why there are many fraudulent people in Korea.

A long time ago, a private academy gave real estate lectures for adults and geography lectures for students at the same time. But the two worlds were very different. To put it radical, I can say that I experienced a world of greed and purity at the same time. Real estate lectures for adults seemed to live in a world of greedy and agile conflict, although my tendencies were partly to blame. And it was making the view of the world negative.

I have long opposed prosecution figures to go into politics. Originally, I had a good perception of prosecutors. When I was studying law, I read the passing notes of a person who passed the bar exam at the top while attending college and later became a Supreme Court justice, and there was the following.

My father was a prosecutor, and he always read at home. He was always a stern and thorough man at work. So maybe because of that influence, I always studied except for days like birthdays.

However, over the years, the main characters of many passing exams have become respected judges or prosecutors according to their temperament, and have become famous for economic crimes or frivolous acts. What is certain is that the wrong use of legal knowledge causes great harm to the country and society.

Prosecutors' professional and strong legal judgment, if used well, becomes a responsible tool to defend the country and society. However, I felt sensibly that acting frivolously by exercising the power needs or the power of internal groups could act as a great burden on the state and society. Now, I'm sorry to express this directly, but legal knowledge seems to be not very helpful in creating a future-oriented and creative Korean society. The biggest reason may be that former prosecutors who are oriented toward success and power rather than responsibility or mission are engaged in politics. If they do not find legitimacy in their actions, they strengthen their position by talking about ideology. -I wouldn't have written this unless it was an ideological issue.

The current president's term has passed a year and there was something I wanted to encourage, but it is thought that his image has been irreversibly damaged by his wife's family's illegal activities. Perhaps a very committed and responsible presidential attitude is needed.

I started a Facebook account these days, and there were a lot of con artists on Facebook. However, even if the fraud was discovered, they repeatedly asked me for friendship without shame. It occurred to me that perhaps they might not be aware of their real faults. It may be because the act of being too used to has become a habit and a life. On the one hand, it occurred to me that Korean society could get used to fraud and racketeering in this way.
