The chronology of cooperation

I got along well with my colleagues while working in factories, etc. I looked terrible at work, but I did well soon. I think the reason is that cooperation compensated for my shortcomings. Although I was an authoritarian government when I was a child, I was a 'Saemaul Movement' generation that constantly emphasized cooperation and eventually saw the fruits of cooperation. Later, however, Korea was in crisis due to those of my generation who only tried to taste the selfishness of capitalism and the sweetness of competition rather than cooperation.

Wars are easily caused by those who think there are advantages in the short term. They are unaware of the tragedy of soldiers dying in wars or the impoverished lives of the people. They wage wars for national unity or to overcome the recession by increasing the demand for war. However, these acts of war eventually leave a long-term hostility caused by conflicts and anger between countries, which is a major obstacle to cooperation between countries in the long run..

While emphasizing cooperation to the people, North Korea suffered a great disaster as the leader's arbitrary and foolish imagination and decisions were repeated in important and thick economic policies. These were policies that would never have come out if the brains of various experts cooperated, including the default declaration, the construction of the West Sea Gapmun (Seawall), and the Pyongyang Grand Festival, which made North Korea difficult.

By World War II, Japan urged the Emperor to remain loyal to him, driving many people to their deaths. However, Japan, which grew significantly with the ideology of cooperation, eventually became a country of selfishness and competition, and its development stagnated. Even today, Japan does not encourage workers to work with a 'relaxed mind of cooperation'. Japan is rumored to be a country with a very poor working environment. Young people give up their future when the place of economic activity becomes too impoverished. Additionally, because the elderly do not consider the future, the entire country loses its future.

Xi Jinping tried to change the world into a world centered on China, but he facilitated conflict rather than cooperation between countries, and eventually China suffered a great disaster. President Putin should not have started a unification war. The opportunity to make progress during the war and the cost of the war doubled, leaving Russia with no chance to become an economic powerhouse in the future. There are reasons for the war between the United States, Iran, and Israel, for preserving national interests, uniting the people, and overcoming the recession, but bad deeds do not produce good results. Eventually, the world experienced a flow of conflict rather than cooperation.

Singapore's Lee Kuan Yew government focused on uniting Singapore's ethnic groups to work together.

Making the flag was controversial because the country had to embrace all the peoples in Singapore. The Chinese said to put in red and stars, which symbolize good luck. The Malay people said that red, which symbolize courage and purity, white, and a crescent moon should be added. We eventually agreed to put in a crescent moon and five white stars instead of one traditional Islamic star. The five stars symbolized the country's five directions of democracy, peace, progress, justice, and equality. By doing so, we were able to harmonize various national symbols and ideals.

If Singapore, which has built an ideal country by pulling out cooperation between ethnic groups, faces a crisis of stagnation someday, it will be necessary to find the cause in an excessively competitive education system and working environment. This is because in Korea and especially Japan, these factors have hindered cooperation and have become a major factor in bringing about stagnation in national development.
