One day, two middle-aced brothers got on the bus and started a quarrel with me. I wanted to respond with legitimate advice, but when I saw their faces, I responded mildly. They were not very harmonious in body and mind. Their voices were mingled with irritation and quivering weakly. Their words were not logical and their eyes were hazy. Their faces were lifeless. The passengers belittled the bus driver, but in reality the bus drivers were mostly bold and mentally strong. This is because if the spirit of the bus driver is not good, it can lead to a major accident.
Korean society has a chronic problem. Korean society regards legitimate work. On the other hand, Korean society tends to be respected for its absurd political delusions. So people who can invest time and cunning tricks try to take the initiative in society. The far-right religious people’s incitement, which has been a big stir these days, is a negative effect of society that did not respect due work. Those who have experienced that life as a worker is so undesirable are apt to evade by religion. That is why extreme religious and believers are prone to fanatical antagonism against labor-oriented socialism. In this way, religion and far-right ideological spectrum are linked.
The reality of the divided country is easy to interpret the above situation only as an ideological spectrum and use it as a tool for instigation. But we must change our perspective to the negative action of the mind swayed by emotion rather than reason. In Korea, inflammatory politicians are gradually disappearing. And from North Korean leader Kim Jong-un, you can see other rational conditions with the leaders of his predecessors. The conclusion was based on his academic background, youth, and eyes.

Along time ago, I saw a picture of Saddam Hussein and thought he could do many strange things. Later I read and understood [GIDEON’S SPIES], the nonfiction disposal treasure of Israel’s intelligence minister, Mossad. Hitler was a vegetarian and art student. And he participated in World War 1. He became a figure with imagination, emotion and a cruel heart from war. Causes produce results.
Eduardo and I called this idea the emotional cascade. I don’t know about you, but I find the notion that our decisions can remain hostage to emotions long after the emotions have passed rather frightening. It is one thing to realize how many ill-considered decisions we have made based on our mood-choices that, in perfectly neutral, “rational” moment, we would never make. It is another matter altogether to realize that these emotional influences can continue to affect us for a long, long time.
