The language of another person

I think an open and practical perspective is needed for each other's language to be communicated not only in the United States and Russia but also in relations with South Korea and North Korea. Before thinking about problems in the political system, I think North Korea should solve economic problems first. In transitional situations, a successful dictatorship like Singapore could be ideal.
