부정의 경제학 그리고 독서

 인간은 몸과 마음이 불편할 때나 지식과 논리의 밑천이 드러날 때 극단적인 태도를 취하기 쉽다. 그래서 인간은 이념적 또는 종교적 극단성을 보여준다. 인간은 자신도 모르는 성난 본성을 해소하기 위해 상대를 찾아 대장정을 펼치고, 돌아올 수 없는 강을 건너게 된다. 극단적인 공격성은 상대의 방어기재를 끌어내고 결국 갈등으로 이어진다.. 한반도는 그런 일을 겪었기 때문에 나는 그것을 잘 알고 있다.

 

  

그래서 정치인은 통치인과 봉사인을 불문하고 몸과 마음의 컨디션이 좋아야 한다. 한국에 젊은 정치인이 많아지기를 바라거나 북한의 김정은 위원장이 늙기 전에 남북한의 협력 관계를 만들어야 한다든지, 프랑스의 마크롱 대통령에게 실용 정치의 본보기를 기대하는 점은 젊은 정신과 육체가 정치 환경을 긍정적으로 만들 가능성이 더 많다는 생각에 근거한다.그렇다고 그런 생각이 연장자들에 대한 감정을 나쁘게 만든 것은 아니다. 좋은 컨디션에서 깊고 많은 경험들이 실용적으로 판단될 수 있었으면 좋겠다는 기대가 있다. 사실 현실적인 세계 정치에서 냉전 상황이 커지는 것을 보고는 속이 쓰렸다. 행위와 책임은 우리들 자신의 몫이지만 한반도는 냉전의 피해를 최전선에서 끝없이 보고 있는 중이다.

 

 

 

부정적인 냉전 감정(이념 감정)이 한국에서는 외교 관계를 무너뜨리고 무역 중심의 경제를 흔들고 있다는 점은 중고생들도 인지하고 있다. 그러나 현실 정치인들과 지지자들은 이념에 기반하여 정치를 하고 있다. 우리의 우군이라고 생각하는 국가가 우리의 적군이라고 생각하는 나라와 다시 협력의 무대로 나서고 있는데도 한국은 이념 정치를 고집한다.

 

 

 

내가 생각하는 최종적인 가능성이 가장 일리가 있는 것 같다. 나는 30년 이상 상대적인 지위에 관한 글을 써왔다. 이에 대한 자유주의자와 우파들의 가장 흔한 반응은 내가 계급간의 갈등을 일으키려고 한다는 것이었다. 그들은 사디스트의 선호를 무시하는 것과 같은 이유로 정황을 무시한다. 그러나 상대적인 지위를 논의의 장으로 끌어들이는 것은 사디스트의 선호에 정책의 무게를 두는 것과는 크게 다르다. 우리 모두는 사회가 부러움과 질시같은 부정적인 감정을 없애는데 관심을 가져야 한다고 생각한다.

나는 관념의 부작용을 매우 싫어하기 때문에 서서히 공학인의 길로 빠져들고 있어서 많은 책을 읽지 못하지만 젊은 정치인들은 책을 많이 읽어야 한다고 생각한다. - 한국의 분위기에서는 연장자들에게 충고하면 건방져 보이므로 젊은 정치인이라고 언급했다. 오죽했으면 내가 이러겠는가 -

 

 

필독서 몇 권을 추천한다. 독자가 반복하여 독서를 하는 동안에 머리 속에 설정되어 있는 이념의 기초를 무너뜨리고 세계를 폭 넓고 객관적으로 보는 시각을 갖기를 나는 기대한다. 그래야 우리 모두가 살아갈 수 있을 것이라고 생각한다. 적어도 독자들은 이상한 생각과 행위는 하지 않을 것이기 때문이다.

요즘 한국 정치 현실을 보면 학벌이나 시험만큼 한국의 미래에 치명적인 것도 없다는 생각이 든다. 말하자면 순기능만큼 역기능도 대단하다는 사실이 밝혀졌다.

 

Economics of Injustice and Reading

Humans are prone to extreme attitudes when their bodies and minds are uncomfortable, or when the source of knowledge and logic is revealed. So humans show ideological or religious extremities. Humans go on a long journey in search of an opponent to relieve their angry nature, which they do not know, and cross a river that cannot return. Extreme aggression leads to the opponent's defense and eventually leads to conflict. The Korean Peninsula knows it because it's been through it.

Therefore, politicians must be in good physical and mental condition, whether they are rulers or volunteers. The desire to have more young politicians in South Korea, the need to create a cooperative relationship between the two Koreas before North Korean President Kim Jong-un ages, and the expectation of France's President Macron as an example of pragmatic politics are based on the idea that young minds and bodies are more likely to make the political environment positive.However, such an idea does not mean that feelings toward the elderly are bad. I hope that deep and many experiences can be judged in good condition. In fact, it was heartbreaking to see the growing Cold War situation in real world politics. The actions and responsibilities are our own, but the Korean Peninsula is constantly seeing the damage of the Cold War at the forefront.

 

 

Middle and high school students are also aware that negative Cold War sentiment (ideological sentiment) is destroying diplomatic relations and shaking the trade-oriented economy in Korea. But real politicians and supporters are playing politics based on ideology. Korea insists on ideological politics even though the country that we think is our ally is back on the stage of cooperation with the country that we think is our enemy.

 

I think the final possibility makes the most sense. I have been writing about relative status for more than 30 years. The most common reaction of liberals and rightists to this was that I was trying to create a class conflict. They ignore the situation for the same reason that they ignore Sadist preferences. However, bringing relative status into the arena of discussion differs greatly from placing policy weight on sadist preferences. We all think that society should pay attention to getting rid of negative feelings such as envy and jealousy.

I hate the side effects of ideas, so I'm slowly falling into the path of an engineer, so I can't read many books, but I think young politicians should read a lot. - In the Korean atmosphere, I mentioned that I am a young politician because I look cheeky when I advise my elders. I wouldn't do this if it was too bad

 

I recommend a few must-read books. I look forward to seeing the world broadly and objectively while readers read repeatedly, destroying the foundation of the ideology set in their heads.I think that's how we can all live. At least readers won't think or do anything strange.

I think I've been working for a long time to bring up the problems of society as a whole through small practical examples in a bottom-up way while living at the bottom of society. In particular, I felt that discrimination based on vertical relations among Koreans has gone beyond the risk level and reached the level of social collapse while being in a relatively and superficially very unwelcome workplace. For example, when I worked in a factory, I couldn't recognize the sense of crisis because there was no interaction with the outside world. However, I was able to recognize the sense of crisis while working in a bus driver or an electric control room in a high-end apartment complex.

 

As mentioned several times, the low birth rate problem, which is scheduled to cause Korean society to collapse, stems from vertical or inequality relations that are rooted in Korean society as a whole. This is because in an excessively competitive society where fair work is not treated, both winners and losers have a difficult perception of society. Koreans are committing passive murder or suicide by suppressing their offspring from waking up if they cannot live a hopeful and blessed life. Similar to how North Korean society has an unusually low fertility rate for underdeveloped countries, South Korea is the same. Problems such as poverty for the elderly, lack of youth jobs, high suicide rates, and the gap between the rich and the poor were pessimistic about Korea, which failed to achieve a welfare state based on cooperation and utilitarianism.

 

In particular, the Korean government has failed to overcome the most dangerous period due to its narrow and short-term perspective, ranging from the unsettled birth myth of the Korean government (a story of the prosecution's egg) to the very unstable policy failure in economic and diplomatic relations, and the case of ideological issues to hide various problems.

 

While thinking about intelligence issues a long time ago, I compared Arab and Israel while studying Mossad, an Israeli intelligence agency. Jews rooted around the world are helping Israel with its diplomatic sense, and Israelis, who have long been properly educated, thought that Arabs were truly an unmanageable opponent.

 

[DPOLOMACY], a book written by former U.S. Secretary of State Kissinger, who was originally Jewish, is considered a must-read for new political figures in Korea. The politician's ideas, which eased the conflict of the Cold War and ushered in the era of détente, seemed very broad and benign. On the one hand, I couldn't help but think that the side effects of competitive education to stand above others before acquiring extensive knowledge assets have now reached their peak. Since 20 years ago, I have often stated that vertical relations and education issues centered on ideology would have a very negative impact on Korea's future. These days, it has become a problem that really touches our skin.

 

As we interact with our neighbors from childhood to adulthood, the breadth of our thinking expands through knowledge and actions. Korea needs to expedite education reform.

사회의 밑바닥을 살면서 상향적(bottom up) 방식으로 작은 실질적 예를 통하여 사회 전반의 문제를 끄집어내는 일을 참 오랫동안 하였던 것 같다. 특히나 최근에는 상대적이고 표면적으로 매우 대접받지 못하는 근로 현장에 있으면서 한국인들의 수직관계에 의한 차별은 위험수준을 넘어서 사회 붕괴 수준까지 이르렀음을 직감했다. 예를 들자면 공장등에서 근로를 하면 외부와의 상호작용이 없어서 인지를 하지 못하는 일들을 버스기사나 고급아파트 단지의 전기제어실 같은데서 근무하면 인지할 수 있는 위기감들이 있었다.

 

몇 번 언급했지만 한국 사회를 붕괴하게 만들 예정인 저출산 문제는 한국 사회의 전반에 뿌리 깊은 수직관계 또는 불평등 관계에서 비롯된 것이다. 정당한 근로가 대접받지 못하는 과도한 경쟁사회에서는 승자나 패자에게 모두 사회에 대한 힘겨운 인식이 생기기 때문이다. 한국인들은 자손이 희망차고 복된 삶을 살지 못할 바에는 알에서 깨어 나오지 못하게 억압하는 소극적인 살인이나 자살을 하고 있는 중이다. 북한 사회가 이례적으로 후진국치고는 출산율이 매우 낮은 현상을 보이는 것과 유사하게 한국도 그러하다. 노인빈곤, 청년일자리부족, 높은 자살율, 빈부격차등의 문제들은 일찌감치 협력과 공리에 바탕을 둔 복지국가를 이루지 못한 한국의 비관적인 모습이었다.

특히나 이번 한국 정부의 평온하지 못했던 탄생신화(검찰이란 알에서 깨어 나온 난생설화)부터 경제와 외교관계에서 매우 불안한 정책실패, 여러 가지 문제점을 감추기 위해 이념문제를 이슈화 시킨 사건까지 협소하고 단기적인 시각 때문에 가장 위험한 시기를 극복할 노력을 하지 못한 문제가 여러 부문에서 보이고 있다.

 

오래전 정보기관 문제를 생각하다가 이스라엘 정보기관인 모사드를 연구하면서 아랍과 이스라엘을 비교해 봤다. 전 세계에 뿌리내린 유태인들이 이스라엘의 외교적 감각에 도움을 주고 있으며 오랫동안 제대로 된 교육을 받았던 이스라엘 국민들은 아랍인들이 참으로 감당하기 힘든 상대였다는 생각을 했다.

 

예의 유태인 출신인 미국 전 국무장관 키신저의 저서인 [ DIPLOMACY ]는 한국의 정치신인들이 읽어야할 필독서로 생각된다. 냉전의 갈등을 완화 시키고 데탕트 시대를 연 정치인의 생각은 매우 폭 넓고 양성적으로 보였다. 한 편으로는 폭 넓은 지식 자산을 갖추기 전에 타인의 위에 서기 위한 경쟁적 교육의 부작용이 이제 절정에 이르렀다는 생각을 하지 않을 수 없었다. 20년 전부터 이념을 중심으로 수직관계와 교육문제가 한국의 미래에 매우 나쁜 영향을 줄 것이라는 언급을 많이 했지만 요즘엔 실질적으로 피부에 크게 와 닿는 문제가 되었다.

 

우리가 성장기부터 성인이 되어서까지 우리의 이웃과 상호작용하면서 생각하는 인식의 폭은 지식과 행동으로 넓어진다. 한국은 교육 개혁을 서둘러야 한다.
